General Manager
Shannon Bailey has been the General Manager of Deschutes Municipal Light since 2015. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in business and a Master of Business Administration from Northwest Christian University.
Shannon has over 15 years of technical and management experience in various areas including engineering, marketing, and operations. She is involved with the Washington Climate Action Plan and promotes the use of green power and community solar in the community. She pushes for fair and stable rates.
Shannon is married to her husband, Ken, with whom she shares 2 children. She enjoys skiing and painting in her spare time.
